Full steam ahead! Take a deep dive into strength training and get unparalleled guidance, support, and education along the way. This program focuses on refining technique and brings more intent and discipline to all aspects of your training. With the level of coaching in this program, we will work together to iron out all the inconsistencies in your setups/technique, and find the flow that works best for YOU. Ideal for those who have been struggling with plateaus and burnout, anyone who wants to get into powerlifting or is an aspiring coach, or if you want to see what you are truly capable of without technique as a limiting factor.

  • Video technique feedback - upload videos of your lifting and receive in-depth breakdown and coaching, allowing you to find the positions, setups, and cues that will maximize the return on your training

  • Supplementary technique videos - receive tailored videos that will explicitly demonstrate what you can do to improve technique on a weekly basis

  • In-person training - if you are in the area, get 1 free 75-minute in-person training session a month at the Rat Den (our garage gym)

  • Zoom check-ups - if you aren’t local, get 1 free 15-minute Zoom call a month to game plan, ensure things are going smoothly, ask any questions, and discuss any concerns/frustrations you may have with your training
